WHEN AND HOW DOES COACHING HAPPEN? It is done via phone at a mutually agreed upon time. The core package is 6 one-hour sessions. At that point we do an evaluation and you decide how or whether to continue with the coaching. HOW DO WE START? Call or email me to set up a time to discuss how we would proceed. There is no charge for that conversation. 206.713.0073 [email protected] OTHER SERVICES Consulting and Leadership Training |
What does a coach do for you?
|
A coach becomes a member of your support team, helping you see your workplace environment more clearly, understand how you “show up” in the workplace, clarify and communicate your values and priorities, and expand your options for action. As a long-time member of the Head Start community, Gene’s experience helps him understand your work environment, the pressures you face, and the opportunities for action.

How does it work?
|
Working with a coach is a professional development opportunity for Head Start Directors to develop your capacity to provide direction, motivate the workforce, and address critical organizational issues. We can work together to craft evaluative reports that will document the value of coaching to your personal and professional development, and to the capacity building of the organization.
