When you contract out with me for coaching, you make me a member of your support team. My role on that team is worked out in detail with you, but in short it is to enable you to increase your awareness and your observational powers, give you time and provocation to identify and embrace your core values, and help you craft for yourself a strategy or trajectory that supports you in the development of your self in the context of the issues you present.
